Working alongside Andrew Welch and Tim Knowling as part of The Welch Team, this dynamic trio offer a property experience like no other.

Julia’s 10 years' experience in customer service has taught her a thing or two about working with people. She understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships, and believes wholeheartedly that her role is all about providing a journey, and creating a memorable client experience.

Julia believes that every home has a story to tell, and she loves being a part of that journey and helping to tell the story. She finds joy in her job and is confident in her ability to help present your property in its very best light and assist you through the process of buying and/or selling.

When she’s not immersed in real estate, Julia has a passion for fashion! She studied it at University and went on to work as a design, patternmaker and production assistant and secured a role in fashion retail, before discovering a love of real estate and gaining her real estate licence. Julia still loves to design, sew and create her own clothing - and is always the best dressed in the office.

Her other hobbies include baking (especially extravagant cakes), dining out with friends and trying new restaurants, and travelling.

Julia is with you every step of the way, from marketing, to open inspections, to sale, and beyond. A friendly face and a warm smile is what you can expect from her, and the commitment that your home is her priority, and every last detail will be considered.
